RHI Chapter President and At-Large-Members:

It was voted by the Board of Directors that due to the unfortunate COVID-19- pandemic, the 2020 Reunion will not take place this year.  However, we will convene telephonically for our duly scheduled Annual Meeting and Election of Board Members/Officers. This meeting is planned for the 3rd week of July. You will be informed of the exact date/ time and method by July 8, 2020.

Prior to that meeting, we need your assistance in collecting specific information to prepare the voting ballot.  All 2020 dues and the following information must be received by our National Treasurer, Barbara A. Goins, by June 30, 2020 at the following address:

Members whose dues are not received by June 30, 2020 will not be eligible to be on the ballot or to vote.

In compliance with our April 2012 By-Laws, Sections II and III, several items are required:

1.       Names and Contact Information for all dues-paying Chapters or At-Large Member.

2.       The amount of 2020 National Dues and Donations paid by each Chapter or At-Large Member.

3.       A $100.00 Assessment for each Affiliate Chapter plus dues for at least 5 members.

4.       The Names and Titles of your Chapter Officers.
