To qualify for a Scholarship, youth must be a descendant of a Rosenwald-Harlanite. An application form is required to show the qualifying family member. You will also need to submit a transcript of grades, letters of recommendation from teachers along with a short essay from the candidate.

The 2008 scholarships have been awarded.  Application and information packets for 2009 will be added to the website in the fall.
