The Rosenwald Documentary DVD has just been released. A HISTORICAL DOCUMENTARY OF THE ROSENWALD SCHOOL IN HARLAN dvd, a video covering the early years of The Rosenwald School in Harlan Kentucky, the flooding and mining conditions the black descendants dealt with annually in Harlan, and the history of The Rosenwald Harlanites, Inc. organization and their bi-annual reunions held in various cities!

The documentary is two hours of still photos from Rosenwald alumni, yearbooks from the 1940's, past and current Rosenwald Harlanites, Inc. reunions, and from the personal collection of longtime Principal "Fess" Woods. View the video excerpt below.

It includes interviews of Rosenwald School alumni recanting memories of their school days, RHI Board Members on the beginning of our organization, and RHI scholarship recipients from the past and present.
